Payment Methods

To purchase your DVDs, choose your preferred method of payment from the following options:

Option 1: Pay in Person

You may pay by cash, credit card (VISA or MasterCard only), or debit card/Interac in person at the studio.  Please note that studio hours vary and it's necessary to make an appointment to pay in person.

Option 2: Pay by Credit Card (Phone or Email)

To expedite your order, we recommend Option 2 when purchasing your DVDs. Contact us at 604-000-0000 to speak with a Client Service Representative or email tatiana@poledancestudio.com and be prepared to provide the following information:

• Full Address (including postal or zip code)
• Contact phone number and/or email address
• VISA or MasterCard number
• Expiry on credit card

If you call and receive the automated Pole Dance Studio voicemail message, you may leave the above information on our secure main studio line or call direct at 604-000-0000. A Client Service Representative will return your call within 24hrs to verify the information prior to processing your order.

Option 3: Pay by Interac Email Money Transfer (Canadian Residents Only)

If you bank in Canada with Bank of Montreal (BMO), CIBC, Royal Bank (RBC), Scotiabank, or TD Canada Trust, you will be able to send your payment by an interbank-based Interac Email Money Transfer. This form of online banking is similar to an ATM transaction but is done online. This method of payment is very easy, fast, convenient and secure. Banking fees may apply.

For ANY of the above options, we will send you a Confirmation Email with a summary of your payment details once we received your payment. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive this Confirmation Email. The Confirmation Email is your official receipt of your purchase from Pole Dance Studio.

Shipping and Delivery

Once Pole Dance Studio verifies receipt of payment, you will receive an Invoice via a Confirmation Email summarizing your purchase. A copy of your Invoice will be included with your delivery. The Invoice is your official receipt of your purchase from Pole Dance Studio.  

Please allow Pole Dance Studio 24-48 hours to process and handle your order. Parcel will be mailed in protective envelop by standard Ground or Air Mail. Anticipate shipping* to take up to:

• 4 business days for Canadian orders
  
• 6 business days for US orders
  
• 10 business days for International orders

DVD Return Policy

All sales are considered final once Pole Dance Studio confirms receipt of funds from the client’s purchase of the DVD(s). 

Damaged or defective DVDs may be returned for exchange of same product only.  Both DVD disc and DVD case must be returned to Pole Dance Studio for consideration of exchange.  Client is responsible for Shipping & Handling costs.
