How To Book: Party Reservations and Bonus Offers Party Reservations
*Please note that your deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable to a different time and date subject to studio availability and administrative fees, if applicable. Upon reserving your booking with the deposit payment, you may change your Party Package, the number of people expected to attend the party, or the time/date at no charge, given sufficient notice to Pole Dance Studio staff. The Deposit required to confirm your Party Reservation is $200 plus HST (Total $224). The deposit will be subtracted from your total balance which is due on the day of your party. The deposit will never be more than the total amount of your booking. To pay the deposit to reserve your Private Party booking, please have your VISA or MasterCard credit card available when you call Ð we can process your credit card and reservation information over the phone, for your convenience. You can also pay the deposit online using either PayPal or Interac Email Money Transfer. If you wish to have your deposit refunded back to your credit card at anytime, we must charge you a $10 credit card processing fee which be deducted from your requested refund. An official email confirmation will be sent back to you within 24 hours to confirm your deposit and logistical details of your booking. We recommend booking 2 to 8 weeks in advance, to ensure your preferred time and date for your group's party is available. We'll also accommodate last-minute bookings if space is available! We DO get booked quickly throughout the year! Bonus Offers (Optional) Each person in your group who is scheduled to attend the studio party is entitled to FREE Nightclub VIP Passes and Table Reservations when you book a Regular Private Group Party at Pole Dance Studio. Groups booking an Express Package reservation will not be entitled to Bonus Offers. Choose from our affiliated clubs and restaurant/lounges listed above. We would be happy to offer suggestions and recommendations to assist with your groupÕs itinerary and plans for that day.
